1. would make a huge difference if they used more of the MANY available geo moitoring services.luv the graphics & simulation..performance is sometimes slow as well as incomplete..use to zoom in when tapping on the notification..now it's not, idk why..also the info details are sometimes there sometimes not..volcanic info same thing..want to upgrade but kinda hesitant because of these issues..would've gave it 5 stars otherwise..Disappointing as it doesn't have any information on the earthquakes and volcanoes tab.

I want to know if California falls off into the ocean or Yellowstone has blown since I live in AZ...it could be a problem & time to either break out the raft or put on the gas mask! ☠🤡🤭I absolutely LOVE this app! This is the app that Dutchsince uses when he forcasts earthquakes and YES! That IS A THING! DUTCHSINCE over on "screwtube" has been forcasting earthquakes for YEARS and has a darn GOOD track record for doing so! THIS, my friends, is THE app to get! Keep in mind that the USGS DOESN'T always document every earthquake.

3. With THIS app, you have more than one source so even if ONE source DOESN'T report activity, the other one DOES! Oh yeah- the volcano feature is cool too!there are a LOT of events left out, I'm not sure how often the app is updated with new information such as earthquakes and volcanic activity.

4. It could possibly be my software as my system is very strict on cookies thanks to Google/State surveillance/targeted adds ..the Orwellian 1984 is coming that's for sure..is good app, but after comparing this app with 3 others, i found that usgs is both hiding and down sizing earthquakes.

5. The name isn't false advertising, unlike other apps…It never shows in the news section of the earthquakes you are alerted about, it just shows a blank page, never updates that page.

6. The Play Store's app name is "Quake & Volcanoes"; the description says, "3D Globe of Volcanic Eruptions"; and the icon is called, "Earthquake".

7. Also it doesn't zoom in to the alerted area when you click on the notification link, it just brings up the app and you can figure out where it's at.im not sure.

8. The advertised globe sounds good, until you click on it, and actually go to a quake or eruption site.

9. Next, please, put the ads AWAY_FROM the app's controls! Not all of us have hands the size of a teenage Korean girl's… Lastly: this app handles quakes and volcanoes equally.

10. Also only shows earthquakes per day instead of being able to show last week/month etc.

11. Impressive globe graphics stopped yet notification works.. If they get it working I'll let you all know.

1. Restart 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes" » Open 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 3D Earthquakes Map & Volcanoes then reinstall.
