SurveyMini Customer Insights

1. So then I see my points are gone, for who knows what reason, I assume as being inactive, but how can I be active if I'm not getting surveys and my location is on? I reinstalled and tried to login in again and now I can't even login to my account, and have reset the password numerous times.

2. Everything with the app is updated as it should be, location is set correctly, permissions on and nothing... looks like it's time to get a $10 GC and uninstallI was skeptical at first but I've had for a few months and still getting surveys..not as frequently as when I first downloaded the app but enough to satisfy me.

3. I haven't had any surveys for a while so looked on the app and discovered my points have gone down to 100!! I've just checked the t&c which state points expire after 90 days of inactivity.

4. The app started out GREAT!!! Now, it's been MONTHS since I've had a survey! I have enough to get a $10 gift card, but was hoping to save up for more! my wife says hers works fine and we go everywhere together.

5. Stopped giving me surveys to complete after a while and all of my points expired (TOS says after 90 days, I guess it was that long since it stopped giving me surveys).

6. Nothing has changed on my phone since I first started using the app and other apps I use I have no problem with them so that tells me its SurveyMini!Not sure what's going on.

7. Some surveys only offer a choice of coupons for places I never intend on going instead of points.

8. I checked my location settings and everything's fine but i haven't gotten a survey in months.

9. Don't bother.I've been using this for nearly 3 yrs and although I didn't get sent many surveys, everytime I got one I answered it straight away.

10. You got surveys, points and reward with no problem.

11. If they'd sent me surveys I'd have gone on there! Very sneaky! WASTE OF TIME!Used to be great...not so much now.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SurveyMini Issues

1. Fix SurveyMini Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SurveyMini: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SurveyMini App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SurveyMini" » Open SurveyMini » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SurveyMini » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SurveyMini app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SurveyMini servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SurveyMini" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SurveyMini app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SurveyMini might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SurveyMini. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SurveyMini then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SurveyMini not working


2. Fix SurveyMini Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SurveyMini be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SurveyMini not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SurveyMini may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hi there! So I’m one of your app users, have been for awhile now- long enough to collect over 100,000 points. So three things I need to report and need clarification-
    1. Went to app today to change my email address. I have a new one and do not have access to the old one any longer. Old email- anyconnell@redacted
    New email- amyconnell214@redacted
    I was unable to change in app. Everytime I tried it said could not verify and to either try again or contact you. So I then tried to email you via the app and it would never go thru. Then when you go to support, there’s nothing there either. So that was basically 1 and 2.
    3. I went to the app today to do my regular check for surveys etc. No surveys but I decided to cash in some points for a TJ MAXX GC, to my surprise when I opened the rewards menu the only rewards are 3 items in the 4000 point category that are mainly discounts/% off for 4000 points. What has happened to all the rewards? I’m hoping this is a mix up and they will be back on the app tomorrow. I worked are for you and those points, answering 111 surveys, I should be able to receive a decent prize/gift card. I do not want or need a cheaper oil change, a donut or $5 off $25 at a tractor supply company!
    Went online and found this site to contact you, hope it goes thru!

  • I was informed today that Survey mini is no longer active. I was not given prior knowledge of this so I could use even part of my 84,700 points. I don’t think that even begins to be fair, do you?

  • I have sent multiple emails trying to get help. Your app will not allow me to update my email address. When setting up the account I mistakenly entered the wrong email address. I have lots of points I would like to redeem. Please help!
