1. Should be easy it worked fine in the last app right! Nope entered all the information and the verification code and don't work, click here to call, or calls someone who can't help who then transferred me to someone else who can't help who will send it to someone who will get back to me at some point in time.

2. I tried to sign up, downloaded the app, but it will not allow me to add a card or even sign in (password and email are correct and have been verified).

3. Was finally able to get the Sunoco card accepted as a payment method on my old phone.

4. To be perfectly honest this was a failure of an application update on nearly every level because it also required you to re-enter your card.Just because someone can develop an app, didn't mean the company can support it.

5. 3 more calls, bounced through 16 more agents and 2 more hours and no luck, card is in the shredder app deleted acct closed!I had it installed but it was never updating when I'd fuel up for the rewards.

1. Fix Sunoco Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sunoco: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sunoco App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sunoco" » Open Sunoco: Pay fast & save » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sunoco » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sunoco: Pay fast & save app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sunoco servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sunoco: Pay fast & save" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sunoco app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sunoco might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sunoco. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sunoco then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sunoco not working

2. Fix Sunoco Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sunoco be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sunoco not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sunoco may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
