1. Just fix the app, it worked fine for awhile, all my other apps work fine.App sometimes has error message that order didn't go through or order doesn't show up to store but they still charge you with no way to get your money back.

2. Anything I tried just wouldn't work at all! The app kept giving me an error message when I tried to finish paying/process the order.

3. I was charged twice and my order never even went through.Currently, using a gift card and making uo the difference with your credit/debit card is impossible.

10. Twice I've ordered delivery on the app and my order has been wrong.

11. I'm trying to submit a missing receipt because the app wouldn't work in the store.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Subway Issues

1. Fix Subway Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Subway: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Subway App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Subway" » Open Subway® » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Subway » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Subway® app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Subway servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Subway®" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Subway app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Subway might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Subway. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Subway then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Subway not working


2. Fix Subway Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Subway be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Subway not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Subway may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
