Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix CWCCS Issues
1. Fix CWCCS Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart CWCCS: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the CWCCS App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "CWCCS" » Open CWCCS - Colorado Springs, CO » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for CWCCS » click "UPDATE".
- Clear CWCCS - Colorado Springs, CO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from CWCCS servers.
