Why should I report an Issue with Hair Zapp?

I wish there were an easy way for the developers to vet user uploaded segmented photos for you (in terms of the angle, since the good repeatable fit is your strongest point) - if you had a way to do that, I bet plenty of us would be able to submit hairstyles and would be able to make an unbeatable database for you!I have tried many hair makeover apps and deleted them all.

2. The only issue I have with it is that you can't tell it what you are looking for, what type of hair you have, colour, etc Also, there are some styles that I really love but hate the colour.

3. Still nice for a general "can I pull of short hair" type of idea, but in terms of normal modern hairstyles there's really only small percentage.

4. You MUST take the photo aligned as best you can with their template, but if you do it's the most accurate fitter I've seen, which means you can flip through hundreds of styles WITHOUT adjusting every single one.

1. Fix Hair Zapp Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Hair Zapp: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Hair Zapp App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Hair Zapp" » Open Hair Zapp » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Hair Zapp » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Hair Zapp app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Hair Zapp servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Hair Zapp" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Hair Zapp app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Hair Zapp might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Hair Zapp. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Hair Zapp then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Hair Zapp not working

2. Fix Hair Zapp Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Hair Zapp be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Hair Zapp not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Hair Zapp may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
