1. But from what I've experienced so far from this app is very useful for learning music and the fretboard!The trainer to help you learn the notes on the page to the fretboard is not accurate!! The bottom line is E but you get a wrong answer if you hit the E note on the fretboard, the correct answer is F according to it.

2. Oh, the fretboard is small, very hard to hit the notes.This app is great! Only things I'd like to see work differently are the time tracking (App went to background and all of that time was counted) and the input of incidentals is kind of clunky.

7. 1) give us an option to make the note buttons a bit bigger I have a s21 ultra which is a huge screen and it's still a bit difficult to hit the notes with ease.

8. But i think that the circle of fifths could be improved by adding the relative minors and adding a game that tests the user on the amount of sharps and flats there are in each key.

1. Fix Fretonomy Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Fretonomy: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Fretonomy App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Fretonomy" » Open Fretonomy - Learn Fretboard » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Fretonomy » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Fretonomy - Learn Fretboard app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fretonomy servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fretonomy - Learn Fretboard" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fretonomy app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fretonomy might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Fretonomy. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Fretonomy then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Fretonomy not working

2. Fix Fretonomy Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fretonomy be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fretonomy not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fretonomy may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
