Why should I report an Issue with STRK - Make New Friends?

However the adding process and chat function isn't that well made plus it gets people to post better reviews for more functionality in the app.This app is really good but I dont really like how the key method it the best move but If we could get free snap users/people then maybe I would rat 5 stars and to be honest I wish this game had more people I used up 10 of them an I couldn't do it any more (and you should download I do record it take 10 seconds of your time)the app was incredibly laggy and constantly reloaded the page of people to new people every 10 seconds.

2. And also the shuffle list keept on skiping when I was trying to click on people.This is a great app to find more friends! Especially friends who do streaks! 🔥 I definitely recommend you download this app! 🙌🏽 I check it everyday, and make new friends each day! Update: sometimes when you click to add something it takes you to the browser.

3. ThanksDon't like the app there should be a section where you can choose the age of people that u r looking for to talk to other than young teens.

4. Personally its 3 stars since it has a good amount of users to choose from and you can clearly see how much currency you have.

5. For one on the shuffle page, it refreshes way too quickly, I try to click someone's photo but if shuffles and I can't anymore.

1. Fix STRK Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart STRK: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the STRK App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "STRK" » Open STRK - Make New Friends » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for STRK » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear STRK - Make New Friends app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from STRK servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "STRK - Make New Friends" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check STRK app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, STRK might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall STRK. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall STRK then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing STRK not working

2. Fix STRK Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make STRK be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to STRK not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, STRK may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
