Threads Customer Insights

1. And in general (besides this major bug that they haven't fixed even though i contacted them about it a few times) the User Experience is mediocre at best.3 stars for woking when I needed it, but....I have been using this app for some time, and since I stopped the subscription, changed to a new phone, I can not access my magazines nor sign into the app.

2. I'm still waiting...In common with other reviewers I find updating a nightmare and renewing Insider subscription results in having to delete the app, along with all the issues previously downloaded as it is the only way to stop the app crashing when you logout and login again.

3. I just spent $64 purchasing a 3-year print subscription, which is supposed to include access to digital issues.

4. That Taunton offers such wonderful online access but doesn't deliver nor do they respond to customers' inquiries is false advertising at best and a breach of contract at it's worse.

5. Really disappointing that such a fine print magazine has such a useless, poorly-engineered app.Constantly crashing, I'm reading and suddenly I get a blank screen telling me there are updates, but when i click "reload" it's just stuck forever.

6. Not only am I unable to access any digital issues (the app for some reason will not acknowledge that I'm a subscriber), but as others have said, I can't even get the app to stay open.

7. But after being unable to access anything online I read the reviews.

8. I'll check back in a few months with the hope the app will someday serve-up digital content to subscribers.I changed my phone and reinstalled the app.

9. So I have subscribed to have access to the digital magazine but no way to read it.

10. Edited: I have access to but to a few issues and still can not access most of my already available magazines from before.

11. They're isn't even a place to put those items! Phone customer service, but they don't seem to have a clue as to what I'm talking about.Threads looks like a great publication.
