Why should I report an Issue with Spiritualify - The Spiritual S?

2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Spiritualify to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. Wonderful app in general, it could be better if less buggy.Each time I upload my profile picture, it always turns to the side but its not like that before it uploads.

2. I think the app has potential if the glitches are fixed.This app is a great concept and I very much appreciate and enjoy connecting with other spiritual people.

3. However, I give a lower rating because it isn't allowing me to upload posts which makes it not worth much if it doesn't get fixed.

4. It is a social media network specifically for spiritual people and I have seen no negativity or arguments there.

5. I have looked on both the app & websiteJust a plain waste of time installing and setting up a profile.

6. I delete all again and that's it, about spirituality... 👀 EDIT: I couldn't even find a way to delete my profile! Deactivation option is not deactivating anything at all.

7. How am I supposed to use an app thats not allowing for any kind of upload with out technical glitches in the app.

8. There are maybe 5-6 people active on the site and all they do is post memes, incessantly! There is no discussion, no interaction.

9. Also, sometimes when I upload a post it does not upload the pic I attach to it from my gallery.

10. But if I choose another photo app option to upload not as glitchy.

11. can't get ahold of anyone.I've given it all 5 stars because it is already well populated even though it's quite new at the time of writing this review.

1. Fix Spiritualify Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Spiritualify: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Spiritualify App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Spiritualify" » Open Spiritualify - The Spiritual S » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Spiritualify » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Spiritualify - The Spiritual S app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Spiritualify servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Spiritualify - The Spiritual S" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Spiritualify app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Spiritualify might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Spiritualify. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Spiritualify then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Spiritualify not working

2. Fix Spiritualify Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Spiritualify be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Spiritualify not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Spiritualify may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
