It not only is a great looking email app on your phone but it also is very smart and intuitive and helps get you unsubscribed from a ton of junk, followings tracking numbers and any orders you may have placed, reminds you of upcoming bills and you can even click to pay straight from the app and emails!! SUCH a timesaver and helps when you have a hectic schedule to have everything in the same place...I can recommend the app to anyone wanting an email app on his/her mobile phone.

For instance size of Hotmail/Outlook app alone is 96MI was expecting it to have better features, first of all you have to click twice, one for opening the app then to login and secondly it doesn't give you any notifications, so I've gone to back to my default email app which at least gives me notifications.

3. You dont have to tussle inputing your email address, selecting the address you want to send your items from but simply tapping send to self you are done.I'm sorry, I don't know why there are so many 5 stars for this app.

1. Fix Email Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Email: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Email App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Email" » Open Email for Hotmail » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Email » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Email for Hotmail app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Email servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Email for Hotmail" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Email app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Email might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Email. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Email then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Email not working

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Email be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Email not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Email may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
