1. However when you look at the "New" matches several haven't used the app in up to two years! Awful and when I wrote to complain customer service's ultimate response was, "We are working on it."Interest selections are simplistic and pathetic, the website won't load and reads "none" despite several platforms, there is no permanent profile discard or decline except to block, the app is currently not loading any profile pictures except default MALE placeholder images (pretty hilarious), the filters didn't apply at all AND it was so easy to click a wrong button or swipe that I twice accidentally sent a link to someone when I many to navigate away.

2. Showing 1 blurry pic and not allowing a simple connection before purchase is doing you more harm than good.POTENTIAL USER BEWARE!! I've used this app off and on for a while now TRYING to give it a chance, but the experience is so poor it's not worth the time to set up a profile and NOT worth the cost.

3. They do not make it clear that's the only way to send/receive messages; you figure it out on your own or just by researching the functions.The app is slow, have to pay in order to see all pictures of others profiles and to message them.

4. I am a new member so it's too early to rate anything else, but if you decide to join, stay with the website version! It allows you to click on profiles from the messages, not jump back and forth between screens like the app does.

5. The matching system isn't good, you can't click on someone's profile after they have messaged you, and when you do decide to reach out to someone, every time you use an apostrophe, it will be replaced with random characters ("#&@$!").

6. Also, the app is not clean in it's organization or execution.The functionality of the app is loathsome; for starters: 1.) It crops your photos terribly, 2.) The app glitches quite often, 3.) The help center part of the app doesn't work, and 4.) The only way to message profiles is to pay and the costs are laughably ridiculous.

7. If you pay you can view all the pictures and send messages , if you don't you get to see a profile pic but can't message anyone.

8. The price you pay is not even worth the experience you receive, trying to cancel subscription before it renews and it won't give me the option to do so and can't contact them through the app no number to call.

9. The messages have something wrong in it where it adds random numbers, letters and symbols throughout the messages, but doesn't do it on the website.

10. With some interface changes and glitch fixes this app would get way better ratings and be more successful.The app is HORRIBLE!!!! It's slow, glitchy and not user friendly at all.
