Why should I report an Issue with Soonsoon Candlelight?

1. Wasted your money buying a good rating from Chinese bot farms.Not much light and ads make it aweful..Joking? Banner ad during candle play? That doesn't quite have the same effect.

2. physics is not real: if you turn your phone upside down the candle 🕯️ continues to burn.

3. a real candle would go out if you turn it upside down.Dont download this! It is full of ads every few minutes.

4. Makes it very difficult to actually use and see if it is worth buying.Apps sucks so many ads!!! I uninstalled after the first 5 popped in less then a minute.

5. Do not install unless u like spam.I actually used this to play Bloody Mary but as I'm getting back into witchy stuff I'm going to redownload this for rituals and stuff.

6. It would be an ok app otherwise, but its not worth the pain.blocking user from leaving the app on BACK key ! it goes against Google UX recommendations.

7. I don't like having actual candles in my room and this is a good substitute.im pretty ad tolerant, but these are overwhelming.

1. Fix Soonsoon Candlelight Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Soonsoon Candlelight: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Soonsoon Candlelight App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Soonsoon Candlelight" » Open Soonsoon Candlelight » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Soonsoon Candlelight » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Soonsoon Candlelight app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Soonsoon Candlelight servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Soonsoon Candlelight" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Soonsoon Candlelight app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Soonsoon Candlelight might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Soonsoon Candlelight. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Soonsoon Candlelight then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Soonsoon Candlelight not working

2. Fix Soonsoon Candlelight Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Soonsoon Candlelight be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Soonsoon Candlelight not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Soonsoon Candlelight may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
