1. was great, the older versions of this app were better in my opinion, to blurry now as it's trying too hard, I use to be able to install older version, now it says this was made for older version, I know this but prefer older version, hopefully not a way of forcing you to have new version.It crashes and says "This app was built for an older version of Android." Seriously?? The FIRST camera this should work on is the flagship Xperia 1 ii - but no.App constantly crashes, app constantly has errors, app cant even handle taking a video without blur while I'm using HD! What kind of joke is this? Is this app really made by sony?I used to love this app but now it doesn't support the aspect ratio of my phone.

1. Fix Motion Shot Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Motion Shot: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Motion Shot App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Motion Shot" » Open Motion Shot » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Motion Shot » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Motion Shot app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Motion Shot servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Motion Shot" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Motion Shot app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Motion Shot might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Motion Shot. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Motion Shot then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Motion Shot not working

2. Fix Motion Shot Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Motion Shot be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Motion Shot not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Motion Shot may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
