Sololearn Customer Insights

1. Wish it would dive into more advanced lessons and not end at Intermediate level. This app has problems, I find this app a little hard to navigate, the labels on everything tend to blend in with everything else and are hard to read at times, and the restricive life system in conjunction with the lack of any other way to still maintain your daily streak when you lose all your lives too close to midnight is really discouraging.

2. Teach more and make advanced topics/good lesson plans worth the money.Having a background in coding, I found Sololearn a great way to refine my knowledge and introduce me to new elements of the IT world.

3. PLEASE fix this!I have only used the free version of the "C Introduction" course while taking another "C Intro" course irl... but the course has been great! And the different teaching methods really helped me get a better understanding of the "C" basics.

4. I would like to see something that could help the user practice what they're struggling with and maintain their streak, or a more forgiving life system.I've been using the app for several months (free version).

5. I would advise taking notes to help get it into you head a little better.:) the only thing I would want to see is instead of having 1 practice, I would like to see at least 2 to 3 more practice rounds before moving on the the next "page" of the section.

6. I feel like 1 practice is not enough.I keep having to restart the app every couple or three questions as it stalls or simply won't light up the button needed to move on.

7. I even got a SQL certificate! Not only does the app have a built-in practice feature for users to actually code, but there's an "answers" part allowing you to see & talk to other users.

8. I have ONE problem...the SQL intermediate, 2nd module keeps stating my code is wrong! I looked at the solution & copied it word for word, space by space & it's STILL reading the code wrong.

9. However, it would be nice to have more languages that offer certificates and the language I'm working on (Kotlin) is still lacking in lessons.

10. The lessons though seem to have a hit or miss problem when they throw in new material that hasn't been covered up to that point.

11. Coding is a constantly evolving world. The app itself is great, and has a great variety of languages.
