RDM Customer Insights

1. It works better 😌 but you have to extend the free trial up to 15 daysApp is working fine..no ads..no disturbance..it's good to useNot all times it shows deleted media, but it works good so farkeeps saying it needs to be restarted and can't recover messagesservices need to be restarted manually for the app to workThis app is super good .

2. In the settings there's terms and conditions and it just say to email them but there is no setting to turn off auto renew.Auto RDM is a utility app which will help you recover deleted messages by scanning your notifications.

3. With this app, you can not only recover text messages but also any media attachments (pictures, videos, voice notes, audio, animated gifs, and stickers)!.

4. Deleted everything just to see if it could be recovered, not a good idea to do with important docs, pics, calls, messages, etc.

5. Is there a way to save the images, audio files and videos back onto my mobile? The images have the option to select in the cleaner folder but when i select it only gives me the option to delete.

6. I like the way it works but when u want to see what people deleeted it keep saying how it works but u can get out of it very easily so it not to much of a problem plus its and amazing app and pretty much useful.

7. It will not recover anything if u do not have the app downloaded of course🙄🙄, but this actually works.Working fine.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix RDM Issues

1. Fix RDM Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart RDM: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the RDM App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RDM" » Open RDM: Recover Deleted Messages » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RDM » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear RDM: Recover Deleted Messages app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RDM servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RDM: Recover Deleted Messages" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check RDM app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RDM might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall RDM. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall RDM then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing RDM not working


2. Fix RDM Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make RDM be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to RDM not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, RDM may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

  • Hello, I have signed up for a 3 day trial on the 25th. I'm sending this message to let you know I'd like to cancel my trial at the end of today's date and not be charged on the 28th of July, or any months from now on. I do not have access to the Google account that the app was originally applied to however, my card was used and the app was deleted. Please make sure it will be canceled.
