Cibus Pluxee Customer Insights

1. Additionally, despite it being a very needed feature, one cannot order the list of restaurants by delivery time.

2. I've had orders not go through and I had to wait until after the expected delivery time to find out, and then place the order all over again.

3. Guys, i really suggest you try to understand how users use you app and what important to them instead of just putting huge images all over the screen with a lot of transition waiting screens.Bad costumer service, they take too much time to answer and they always tell you to call the restuarant yourself to try and figure out the problem before reaching out to them.

4. Few delivery options always a few hours in advance, and even that can come way earlier than expected so theres no way to plan ahead Use 10Bis, or Wolt if you have to use Cibus.The app is useful when the restaurants actually participate in the service offered.

5. I'm supposed to report a bug when your support says there's a bug and because of that bug 2 hours after order it is still not forwarded to the restaurant?!Really crappy app.

6. I asked the restaurant to cancel the order, they didn't so I had to wade thru the robo and slow chat to get the order cancelled.

7. Apparently there's a little note when you enter the restaurant page that says the order will arrive up to 90 minutes from when it's placed.

8. This morning I ordered from a restaurant for delivery, the restaurant called to say they don't deliver to my building and don't know why their restaurant showed up on your app as an option.

9. 3rd time, they are the worst, ordered a coupon, didn't get it to my phone, had to pay with my money and got no refund 🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮🤮Ok app.

10. It is hard to find someplace new to order from.I don't want takeway, I want to order.

11. Would be nicer if app would tell you updated status - order received, is being prepared, etc.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix Cibus Pluxee Issues

1. Fix Cibus Pluxee Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart Cibus Pluxee: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the Cibus Pluxee App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Cibus Pluxee" » Open Cibus Pluxee » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Cibus Pluxee » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear Cibus Pluxee app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Cibus Pluxee servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Cibus Pluxee" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check Cibus Pluxee app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Cibus Pluxee might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall Cibus Pluxee. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Cibus Pluxee then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Cibus Pluxee not working


2. Fix Cibus Pluxee Server issues & Internet Connection


  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Cibus Pluxee be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Cibus Pluxee not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Cibus Pluxee may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
