Why should I report an Issue with Messenger: Text Messages, SMS?

1. So other than that i love this app!! You can change the backround, theme, color of the text bubble, and alot more!!😀This is app is beautiful, I love the color theme, and ability to customize the way I want.

2. It has quite of a bit of customization options like bubble styles, colors for incoming and outgoing sms, custom fonts, and sounds as well as pre made themes, however I wish themes had more to offer and the sounds included are limited.

3. I'm not getting text when sent from a group text until days later, settings need updated a lot to compete with other messenger apps.Got this app for the gradient chat bubbles.

4. First of all you can send pictures but you cannot send bitmojis which is something i love to use, (so if you have bitmoji you cannot use it) and second of all there are ads but there are not very many so thats good but still there are ads.

5. Fortunately I'm not a fan of group messaging so Im not bothered by the lack of names or images in group text to identify who is texting.

6. Ads aren't too bad either, they're not in your face like others.A super clean, beautiful interface w/ optional themes available at your disposal.

7. There needs to be a way to change the color of the bubble & the text.

8. For example, a message from my friend would show up in the list 5 or 6 times and this would continue every time I opened the app.

9. Unfortunately, everytime I opened the app, the loading symbol would be in the center of the screen and my messages in the conversation list would multiply.

10. Had to get rid of my other texting app that was completely customizable but wasn't allowing me to send mms.

11. Would be nice to be able to create custom themes and save them as well as select custom sounds.

1. Fix Messenger Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Messenger: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Messenger App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Messenger" » Open Messenger: Text Messages, SMS » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Messenger » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Messenger: Text Messages, SMS app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Messenger servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Messenger: Text Messages, SMS" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Messenger app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Messenger might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Messenger. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Messenger then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Messenger not working

2. Fix Messenger Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Messenger be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Messenger not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Messenger may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
