1. The quizzes are a fun addition too, and I enjoy the inclusion of the bird song ID.This app is the best! I'm an amateur birder, and being able to not only view birds, but listen to their song to identify them is really cool! I had a small issue, but once I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, it resolved, and the developer, Michael, was super responsive.

2. I also use the bird calls at home to attract different species to my yard- It works all the time! I love the ease of identifying the different birds when I travel around the world and being able to keep a list.

3. I experienced two issues, one being the wrong price showing up on Android ($14 family plan instead of $10 single user), and the other being the the song ID not offering bird suggestions.

4. -UPDATE: I found the birds i thought were missing, just needed to look in the "all birds" section, can't find them thru the question search, maybe I'm giving wrong answers.We spend upwards of $10 for their "All-in-One" package, and now they want to soak us yet another $30/yr.

5. Developer Michael is very friendly and responsive.So far this app has been really interesting! I definitely recommend it for anyone interested in the birds around them! It's been very informative, with quick identification that seems pretty accurate.

1. Fix Smart Bird ID Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Smart Bird ID: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Smart Bird ID App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Smart Bird ID" » Open Smart Bird ID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Smart Bird ID » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Smart Bird ID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Smart Bird ID servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Smart Bird ID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Smart Bird ID app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Smart Bird ID might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Smart Bird ID. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Smart Bird ID then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Smart Bird ID not working

2. Fix Smart Bird ID Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Smart Bird ID be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Smart Bird ID not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Smart Bird ID may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
