Nice app .. very nice stories for kids.. very helpful for my child..Hey that app is very help full for all students because students learn any language from this app so I rate 5/5 Star 🌟 this app thank you☺️I really want to rate this app 5/5 but I feel kinda disappointed because the pictures in the books are way too small, especially reading on a phone.

2. Will there be a separate application with all the other books that used to be available or is this the end of the line for the WorldReader app I used to know?I love the stories very much! There are some interesting stories which make me laugh a lot, like the hindi storybook Khichdi.

3. I understand the text should be large for kids to read but there should be an option to just show pictures instead of pictures and text altogether (many books have text ON pictures already).

4. But I love it very much! ThanksAt first this app was nice but gradually when I started searching the popular books I found out they didn't showed up.

7. It is loading for eternity....... Fix please.(My eyes 👁️👁️,)Your app is great but it is too bright and can cause eye problems when reading at night or dark lit rooms.

9. And there is no way to rotate the screen so the picture books lose its charm.What happened to all the novels that used to be on World Reader? Now the focus is just on children.

1. Fix BookSmart Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart BookSmart: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the BookSmart App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "BookSmart" » Open BookSmart » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for BookSmart » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear BookSmart app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from BookSmart servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "BookSmart" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check BookSmart app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, BookSmart might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall BookSmart. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall BookSmart then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing BookSmart not working

2. Fix BookSmart Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make BookSmart be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to BookSmart not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, BookSmart may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
