1. The bug is that the calls get auto answered and transfered to the phone earpiece and hardly gives any time to answer the calls on the watch or reject the call.

2. The decrease in functionality makes me think the watch can't measure BP at all, when the box says it can.Dear Development Team, you have to add some drink water notification also add some new watch faces and have to increase the watch backlight time.

4. Custom watch face have only one font on digital clock.I find this glitch in your app: Phonebook - When i want to add a number to the contact it displays only one number against the contact name though your app.

7. I purchased your Almighty Watch worth 5k and it's almost been a year now and all this app have to offer is the childish face watches and they literally never updated even a single of it.

8. As far as I know, the lack of this feature is the only downside to this watchThis software does not utilize the full capabilities of a watch this app gets bundled with, the Zizo Tyme Elite.

9. This needs to be fixed ASAP.1. Very few watch face available, most of them are in same category of viewing experience.

10. Despite the watch having Blood Pressure Monitoring technology, this app not only doesn't utilize it, it doesn't even inform the user that it is cheating them of their user experience.

11. If it can sync to my phone it should sync with the clock or have a setting where it follows daylight savings time.

Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix SMART TIME PRO Issues

1. Fix SMART TIME PRO Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:


  1. Restart SMART TIME PRO: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
  2. Update the SMART TIME PRO App. Here is how:
    1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SMART TIME PRO" » Open SMART TIME PRO » click "Update".
    2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SMART TIME PRO » click "UPDATE".
  3. Clear SMART TIME PRO app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SMART TIME PRO servers.
    1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SMART TIME PRO" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
  4. Check SMART TIME PRO app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SMART TIME PRO might not work.
  5. Uninstall and reinstall SMART TIME PRO. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SMART TIME PRO then reinstall.
  6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SMART TIME PRO not working

  1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SMART TIME PRO be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
  2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SMART TIME PRO not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
  3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SMART TIME PRO may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.

Sleep recording via PA89 is not showing awake time. Previous Genius watch did this perfectly.
