1. You can't track the order from the restaurant to your house, and there is no way to communicate with the driver inside the app instead you have to call his number and use text messages, the app is crashing when you open some restaurants to order and it's full of glitches & errors and the most annoying thing is the order can take from 60-90 minutes always.

2. Order total charge does not include the delivery fees based on the delivery location I choose.

3. Overall thanks for such an app.It was a good app, I like it and its easy to use, but the food arrive late and cold delivery service take much time , I recommend change the box to heat box saver for food.

4. Message received when Checkout is clicked does not explain why the balance in insufficient (e.g. Delivery fees missing)Very bad management of grocery and delivery departments.

5. But is misses some key features that I wish the devs can add such as: The Ingredients in each meal or sandwich: I find it pretty annoyinh since I have to guess what every thing has or contains .

6. New update is very bad.. Couldn't search the delivery fees amount.

7. The delivery 🚚 some times just deliver outside , i said i am in the second floor with kids and we have an elevator, he refused to come.

8. I reguest some veggies and they were very bad 😞 ,i put them directly to the 🗑️, my wallet 💰was enough, but they deliver too late after many phones, they said the wallet is not enought then they said its because of bad network.

9. The new update is not working it shows white page even I restart the phone I thought because the network but still the same.

10. Adding Extras/Notes: I wish if I could add an extra cheese o my burger or and extra ketchups maybe just more onions or fries.

11. Location Taking: I think that this should all be done through Gps instead of me telling the driver where to go next.
