1. Even though I have downloaded the book for offline listening, if I do not have internet access, I cannot start the app to get to the bookIt basically works but integrates horribly with Android system and other apps.

2. It seems to randomly begin resuming the video through the speaker while my phone is still in my pocket and the app is runningThe content is fine.

3. Search function could use work, you have to know the exact title of the course you want to take and it generally doesn't show things outside your "interests".

4. If you want to re-watch a video it will start it at the end of the video and instantly goes to the next video in the playlist and its extremely difficult to reset the progress of the video.

5. Either they won't drag or they will drag but not drop to where you are moving it.for a military app, this one is awesome! I started using it after learning that Skill Port was transitioning to Percipio.

6. It plays audiobooks right through notifications, phone calls, etc and starts playing randomly even when the app is not open and the phone is locked.

7. Regularly I will pause a video, minimize the app on my phone while I do something else and then sleep / lock my phone.

8. Highly recommend.Any test that has questions you have to move the boxes to the correct order, don't work.

9. Most annoying is having to log on every time I open the app (or as happened this morning, my screen turned off).

10. Now we have this new app and I can't get my distance learning courses done unless I use the web browser on my phone or use a computer.

11. When listening to an audio book, I finally figured out it will only remember where you were at if you first use the back arrow to exit the book.

1. Fix Skillsoft Percipio Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Skillsoft Percipio: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Skillsoft Percipio App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Skillsoft Percipio" » Open Skillsoft Percipio » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Skillsoft Percipio » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Skillsoft Percipio app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Skillsoft Percipio servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Skillsoft Percipio" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Skillsoft Percipio app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Skillsoft Percipio might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Skillsoft Percipio. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Skillsoft Percipio then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Skillsoft Percipio not working

2. Fix Skillsoft Percipio Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Skillsoft Percipio be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Skillsoft Percipio not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Skillsoft Percipio may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
