1. waste of timeI tracked 3 different phone numbers and all 3 times it said that they were in New York, all were unknown and locations were unknown.v They are in Michigan a long way from New York and all of the phones are registered.I didn't expect pin point accuracy, but 2 different numbers (1 being mine) both with the same Alabama area code, we're 40 miles apart and it says we're both in New York.

2. I tried searching my own mobile number and I am in dubai the number location shows that my mobile phone is somewhere in the desert near zayed city.

3. So you need to know what you're talking about if you ever accuse anyone of anything like that.I tried searching my friends mobile number coz she said she lost her phone and its showing that her phone is somewhere very far.

4. Tottaly duffar app....location of each number is same and that is false......going to uninstall it.worst app ever not correct, I search up my brother.

5. I tried and it gave the location by showing the world map that's all so the phone was some where on planet earth.

1. Fix True Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart True: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the True App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "True" » Open True Mobile Number Location Tracker , Caller ID » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for True » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear True Mobile Number Location Tracker , Caller ID app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from True servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "True Mobile Number Location Tracker , Caller ID" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check True app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, True might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall True. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall True then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing True not working

2. Fix True Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make True be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to True not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, True may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
