1. During a call, opening the dial-pad causes the other call management buttons to become hidden! The search bar is conveniently available at the top all the time, but when viewing the call history, it only searches through the entries in the history, when changing to the contacts list, the text in the search box is auto-cleared and I have to re-type.

1. Fix Simple Dialer Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Simple Dialer: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Simple Dialer App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Simple Dialer" » Open Simple Dialer » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Simple Dialer » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Simple Dialer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Simple Dialer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Simple Dialer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Simple Dialer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Simple Dialer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Simple Dialer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Simple Dialer then reinstall.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Simple Dialer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
