1. I switched to a touch lock that just uses a silent notification to activate.LOVE this app!!! Actually had to install it on ALL my devices now, because once you use it, you can never go back! I literally can not work at all on phones without it anymore! And it's not just for screen lock either, I can't live without their screenshot function! It makes it sooo much easier to use! My only wish is that they can soon add a way to be able to block touch on just 1 side/app, when using a split screen function... (Please, Simi??? 😘)Works exactly like I had hoped.

A single ad when you first launch it that never interferes with actual use seems like a completely fair trade off for the app being free.My power button is broken, and sure the screen will naturally turn itself off after a few seconds, but having the option to shut it off on the fly was just what I needed and just what this app offers.

My button fell off of my phone and I accidentally flushed it down the toilet (yeah ik 🤦🤦) and I couldn't get a replacement so I looked for an app that would give me a on screen button similar to iphone and this does just that and you can customize the button to look like whatever you want lol, I'm honestly so glad I found this app, it's an actual life saver.

4. I like the ability to swipe down to close my screen and this app linked to a launcher gesture is perfect.The app is great but the accessibility feature keeps malfunctioning.. That makes the accessibility setting faulty and I frequently have to turn it off and turn it back on.

5. I can't quite figure out how to use certain aspects of it, but just slapping a custom button on the screen works fine so there is no need to go deeper.This app is honestly amazing.

6. Using on S22 Ultra after Oneui5 update when the launcher gesture for closing screen stopped working.

7. My phone screen buggs out from time to time and spam clicks the screen even if nothing is touching it, this can be annoying because I listen to music a lot and it will skip the songs.

1. Fix Screen Lock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Screen Lock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Screen Lock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Screen Lock" » Open Screen Lock : turn off screen » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Screen Lock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Screen Lock : turn off screen app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Screen Lock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Screen Lock : turn off screen" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Screen Lock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Screen Lock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Screen Lock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Screen Lock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Screen Lock not working

2. Fix Screen Lock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Screen Lock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Screen Lock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Screen Lock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
