1. Car is Ferrari 458 Italia.Verry nice!! But is not working on smart phones, on smart phones app can find only RC 1:50 ferrari app but is not working, you need RC 1:16 ferrari app and you can find and work 100% on iPhone, I have iPhone X so probably gona work on most of iPhone, thank youI am using Android Oneplus 6T Mobile.

1. Fix 1 Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart 1: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the 1 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "1" » Open 1:50 Bluetooth RC Ferrari » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for 1 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear 1:50 Bluetooth RC Ferrari app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from 1 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "1:50 Bluetooth RC Ferrari" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check 1 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, 1 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall 1. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall 1 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing 1 not working
