1. This app is broken and a waste of space.The app is very faulty on my phone so if you want to use it without problems, I suggest using a computer.Amazing app!!! I was able to get 5 FREE full day passes to deer valley! Me and my friends had a blast mountain biking.I have received many prizes from this app.

2. 👍When you get awarded points for little prizes it doesn't even let you see them I tried to get a little gift card but after I pressed place order it disappeared completely and just said prizes coming soon.When I went to buy a giftcard the app had me put in my information and press "place order", but then the button would disapear and nothing happened.

3. Can't even sign up for an account because required fields are blanked out and can't be filled in.It's great for if you're looking for scholarships and extra little prizes.

4. I would rate better if you could filter out the scholarships of the ones that have past deadlinesTotally overrated(I mean not the play store ratings) but at school they got poster every 5.73 feet yelling us how amazing it is.

5. I recommend to get it, and if you do make sure you follow them on IG because I've actually got more prizes from their instagram stuff than from the app, scholarships are great but NEED a filter.

6. It has lots of scholarships and opportunities.Very helpful when looking for scholarships and prizes!I can't make an account nor login to the ones that I have made.

7. I'm a junior- almost all the scholarships require you to either have a disability, or be a senior and a surprisingly high amount require you to be in cosmotology stuff.

2. Update the Keys to Success App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Keys to Success" » Open Keys to Success » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Keys to Success » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Keys to Success app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Keys to Success servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Keys to Success" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Keys to Success app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Keys to Success might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Keys to Success. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Keys to Success then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Keys to Success not working

2. Fix Keys to Success Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Keys to Success be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Keys to Success not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Keys to Success may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
