Now what about the money I already added in my wallet ?I visited shawarmer in madina I have already eaten shawarma many times in different places in SaudiArabia and from different restaurants but when I visited shawarmer I don't visited it before Firstly when I saw the quality of packages And the way their quality of sauces and khubas meaning roti and chicken which is the main ingredient is superb then I observed their packaging their is also top-notch .

I expected better.Shwarmer was good but they decided that all old menu wasn't good enough, may be wanting to get more money App is fine but no longer customer for ShwarmerOverall experience was good but the reason of 1 star is that I added money in my wallet but I couldn't make payment from wallet 😔 then I paid from my card.

JeddahIt was great once but I'm changing my rate to 1 star because of the poor customer service, I couldn't place my order for an entire day every time they say they are "busy" then I ordered at 12 am and took them 2 hours to deliver it despite being only 1km away, when the food finally arrived it was like it was made yesterday cold, dry and stale.

4. But customer service is very good They respond quickly and solve your problemEasy and user friendlyExcellent Staff, tasty and highly recommended.

5. I contacted the support team TWICE and they did nothing, there's so many better alternatives don't waste your time on this stor :)The app mainly for pick up and you cannot call to order.

3. Clear Shawarmer app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Shawarmer servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Shawarmer" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Shawarmer app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Shawarmer might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Shawarmer. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Shawarmer then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Shawarmer not working

2. Fix Shawarmer Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Shawarmer be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Shawarmer not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Shawarmer may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
