1. Update 5/5/2023 Still cannot scan multiple second chance tickest without backing out.Come on guys, it's 2021, time to fix this already! Constant freezes or a complete failure to load at all! I can't tell you how many times I need to close and reopen.. just to have it do it again.

2. When you go to scan tickets for the second chance drawing, the scanning button freezes up, doesn't work most of the time and you have to manually enter your tickets.

3. Basic 101... If it even will allow you in ticket checker it freezes, times out, errors out..No good to anyone if it doesn't work regularly.

4. (not to mention the amount of times I needed to reinstall the app completely) Might I add, this has done it now with two decent phones.Old version was good, update is awful.
