1. I've given up on serve projects because I can't ever find them.This app does not work well on my Android.

2. Long story short...this App was a total success 🙌 👏Live my church and serve day but this app is flaky on an android.

4. Good concept, terrible app.The concept is a great idea but it isn't as user friendly on Android as it should be.

5. I've been trying to update it and uninstall/reinstall periodically for months and it just doesn't work.

6. It freezes up and the map for "find a project near me" isn't pulling up at all.Hard to load on my android phone and tablet.

9. I tried keying in Huntsville and the app does nothing.After purchasing the S 22 Ultra ... alot has changed since previous cell.

1. Fix Serve Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Serve: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Serve App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Serve" » Open Serve » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Serve » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Serve app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Serve servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Serve" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Serve app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Serve might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Serve. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Serve then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Serve not working

2. Fix Serve Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Serve be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Serve not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Serve may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
