1. Please fix this bug and release update soon!This is quite possibly the absolute worst and most frustrating app that came on the worst tablet (Ujoyfeel) my husband has ever bought for our child (I've received better quality tech from the WISH app before.) I wish I could get refunded for the year I paid for since it only worked for MAYBE a week at most, and only on the youtube kids app When it WOULD work.I would like the function to hide activities, TV and videos etc that I don't like or that don't work.

Half of the television is not licensed to be played in my country and my kids are frustrated when they press a link to that TV show and get an error message.I paid £20~ to permanently remove ads in this software, yet I constantly find my kid can't play with their tablet because some advert has opened up.I installed iWawa in three devices.
3. In iwawa parent app:I upload a kid's profile photo, save it, exit from the app, and when enter again - profile photo is no longer there.
4. If try to upload and save the kid's photo after using the device for a while, cannot even click button "save", it's not responsive at all.
5. Thank you!Install / uninstall It's useless! The kid can exit child mode anytime by the center button (or if you navigate with gestures - sliding up from the bottom).
6. Unfortunately, one only one device (Xiaomi Mi Max 3) has the full function within Security, which is the option to Lock the Notification Bar.
7. *Note: It's only possible to upload and save this profile photo after rebooting the device.
8. The other devices, Redmi A1 and Redmi Note 10 Pro are missing out the feature of Lock Notification Bar.
9. It says internet Register and has a spot for product code, and the numbers are already there.
10. Without it, my child can easily access the Notification Bar and change the brightness and other settings.
11. My kid likes "Card" theme and every time we exit, or leave app, and enter back in it reset theme to default "Standard".
Steps to Troubleshoot & Fix iWawa Issues
1. Fix iWawa Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:
- Restart iWawa: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
- Update the iWawa App. Here is how:
- On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "iWawa" » Open iWawa - Parental Control » click "Update".
- On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for iWawa » click "UPDATE".
- Clear iWawa - Parental Control app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from iWawa servers.
- On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "iWawa - Parental Control" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
- Check iWawa app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, iWawa might not work.
- Uninstall and reinstall iWawa. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall iWawa then reinstall.
- Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing iWawa not working
2. Fix iWawa Server issues & Internet Connection
- Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make iWawa be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
- Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to iWawa not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
- Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, iWawa may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
