1. Thank you very much for this long awaited app...what amazes me is the highly detailed and precise graphics of all the places.... I dont paying for the rest of the places and certainly will be paying if the are other palces to be included in the future.... perhaps the Baqi graveyard, the Uhud battleground and the Madinah museum just ti name a few.... But as a suggestion, it would be very helpful if you can show the gate and door number of Masjid Nabawi and Masjidil Haram....Great app but after I bought the full package masjed haram was working good but now loading to 98 then the app closed but other holy locations work good .

1. Fix vMakkah Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart vMakkah: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the vMakkah App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "vMakkah" » Open vMakkah » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for vMakkah » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear vMakkah app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from vMakkah servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "vMakkah" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check vMakkah app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, vMakkah might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall vMakkah. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall vMakkah then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing vMakkah not working

2. Fix vMakkah Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make vMakkah be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to vMakkah not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, vMakkah may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
