Why should I report an Issue with SeeMi – Online Video Chat & Pa?

1. All black on my screen this is waste of money, learn from other apps which no bugs can vc on whatever happens like LIVU apps!!!The best thing about this app is able to screenshot thats allt! But it is very damn expensive to make a video call! 2500 coins per minute and no such thing as unlimited chats for VIP user! If making of video calls is cheap at 80 coins or lesser coins per minute and unlimited chats for VIP user, it will be super 5 stars!Many verification functions not working and cause delay.

2. They just want your money...to the developers please fix the common problem they cant see me in video call or is there any tech support to assist me???My app totally cannot login at all this few days .

1. Fix SeeMi Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart SeeMi: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the SeeMi App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "SeeMi" » Open SeeMi – Online Video Chat & Pa » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for SeeMi » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear SeeMi – Online Video Chat & Pa app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from SeeMi servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "SeeMi – Online Video Chat & Pa" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check SeeMi app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, SeeMi might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall SeeMi. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall SeeMi then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing SeeMi not working

2. Fix SeeMi Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make SeeMi be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to SeeMi not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, SeeMi may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
