Why should I report an Issue with Fachat - online video chat?

And then to make matters worse, when I sent an email to them requesting to remove my profile picture since they don't provide any option to remove it, they got back saying it's been removed; but my profile picture is still there.This is a total fraud app... In the "random" tab the other person you are seeing is just a video and not live call .. sometimes their hand s will be busy with something else and you will receive a like which is impossible considering they didn't touch their phone so they cannot send you a like.. also I have gotten some random matches with same person and you get a like at exactly the same time... It's like having a dejavuOnly used it for a bit but is a good concept but needs a way to block random calls or messages and needs a way to narrow your connection since it uses your location and need to be able to search by age.

2. I get it is to meet new people but a person should be able to refine who they want to get request from of search forPreviously, Rated u guys 4 stars but now I am going to 1 star as there is no chance to rate in negative.

3. Me and my friend using this app at same time.In Random mode a girl connected to my friend phone's and after 2-3 seconds that same girl with different name connected with my phone.

4. They ask you to use google pay for payment, but they dont send you any OTP like other apps and they normally deduct the money from your account, i dont know how that is possible.

5. You can at least chat for free, which was extremely useful in determining that the girls in this platform receive money for you to call them.

6. Tried to recharge my account but though the money was deducted from my bank and PAYTM is showing successful transaction, your app is not showing the same as it shows payment failed.

This is a big SCAM!Not bad , i like the concept but i have 2 problem with this app, 1) it's bit of a cash cow and you will see you your self going through your coins very fast, it would be nice if you can earn coins another way or maybe some free coins for using the app evey day or maybe lower price.

1. Fix Fachat Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

3. Clear Fachat - online video chat app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Fachat servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Fachat - online video chat" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Fachat app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Fachat might not work.

2. Fix Fachat Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Fachat be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Fachat not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Fachat may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
