1. A good experience! THINGS HAVE CHANGED! The AI is a demon! 1) There's an ad after every single step, or button push! 2) there is an unpleasant sound and or unpleasant tactile sensation, every time you refuse an offer, or don't go in the direction that the AI is prodding you in! Like the buzzer for a wrong answer on a gameshow! 3) THE AI HAS BECOME SUPER AGGRESSIVE! 4) I REALLY DON'T LIKE THIS APP! 5)UNINSTALLING!Overall, one of the best apps I've had for mobile security and will continue to use on every device I own.

1. Fix Geek Security Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Geek Security: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Geek Security App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Geek Security" » Open Geek Security: Anti Hack & Spy » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Geek Security » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Geek Security: Anti Hack & Spy app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Geek Security servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Geek Security: Anti Hack & Spy" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Geek Security app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Geek Security might not work.
