1. Although when I want to end recording it dont let me tap the end button, so I have to swipe my screen in order for it to work! But other than that I definitely recommend for others to use for YouTube! There are NO ads and I dont THINK there are watermarks! So I really like this app.Liked it but the I am giving four stars is I recorded a video it wasn't having my audio and that was superb it was only recording with internal audio so I liked it but next time when I opened this app it doesn't let me open this apps settings a message was on the screen "We are a small team dedicated to you Rate 5 stars" and it doesn't let me record so I am rating now then I am gonna see would it let me open this app's settings.Don't download the app.

2. They are supposed to have 3 days to respond or be in violation of Google terms.Not only is this app trash but it has awful audio, bad video quality, and it is unusable without premium which is like 200 dollars.

3. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😠😠😠😡😡😡😡After checking so many screen recorder apps, I still can't find a screen recorder that records the internal audio not my voice, or at least has that option.

4. I requested a refund from Google, but they didn't address it quick enough r/t Covid/holiday weekend, so they can't refund my $213.99. I contacted the developer 7 days ago & did not receive any response back to address this issue.

5. This have bad recording audio and the orange dot show on the screen.

1. Fix Screen recorder Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Screen recorder: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Screen recorder App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Screen recorder" » Open Screen recorder: Game recorder - Screen recording » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Screen recorder » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Screen recorder: Game recorder - Screen recording app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Screen recorder servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Screen recorder: Game recorder - Screen recording" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Screen recorder app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Screen recorder might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Screen recorder. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Screen recorder then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Screen recorder not working

2. Fix Screen recorder Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Screen recorder be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Screen recorder not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Screen recorder may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
