1. My only suggestion is for the developer to somehow make it so that when connected to a vehicle by Bluetooth, the Play/Pause Media button of the vehicle, controls the Scanner stream playback, similar to other media programs being able to be paused / played with the button on the car stereo.

2. No support!Very disappointed that after paying for an app that it's not capable to monitor & play a few locations at the same time! I read that I would have to install the FREE version in order to do this... Also no matter how I set this up,(which is for my favorites only), I'm still getting alerts from all over the place.

3. I've been a scanner enthusiast since 1978 and although I'd rather use an actual receiver, this is the next best option when I'm on the road.Have the paid Pro version.

4. The app has saved me more than once!!!I tried the free version of this app for many, many hours and it was GREAT! I upgraded to Pro (since it is such a good price), and all of a sudden--I don't hear much of anything, on any channel.

5. How cool would it be to be able to see the audio wavelengths so you know what spots to skip to to hear sound? 😀I have been using this app for 5+ years now.

7. The ONE thing I would REALLY LOVE to suggest is possibly finding a way to implement an audio wave!!! Some scanners have a lot of dead air so when you go into the 30 min archive segments you're kind of going in blind.

8. Super accurate, real time, 100% legit information that is directly linked to broadcasting so it's from real scanners that people operate and then stream the audio to the app.

9. Why not run in the background like the free one? That one I can listen to music and the scanner simultaneously.

1. Fix Scanner Radio Pro Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Scanner Radio Pro: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Scanner Radio Pro App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Scanner Radio Pro" » Open Scanner Radio Pro: Police/Fire » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Scanner Radio Pro » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Scanner Radio Pro: Police/Fire app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Scanner Radio Pro servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Scanner Radio Pro: Police/Fire" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Scanner Radio Pro app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Scanner Radio Pro might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Scanner Radio Pro. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Scanner Radio Pro then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Scanner Radio Pro not working

2. Fix Scanner Radio Pro Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Scanner Radio Pro be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Scanner Radio Pro not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Scanner Radio Pro may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
