1. While taking a long time to write each letter, the app never "timed-out" and I have never had to re-enter any portion of a letter I was drafting, even after I accidently got knocked to previous screen.I didn't really start using it until my recruit was in the 6th week because of all the negative reviews on here and comments I read about it in the fb group.

2. The limitation of sending only one photo is a small negative, but for sending multiple photos I've been using the US Postal Service for that as it only takes 3 or 4 days to reach a recruit.

3. I use the online version to write letters simply because I find it much faster to type out a letter using both hands rather than two thumbs.

4. Not a huge indication that it's a reliable app to use for communication.Absolutely love it! The letters are kind of pricey, I think most would agree, but I love that I know when it's delivered and if I opt in on a return envelope I can track that too❤ I do think that when you first upload the app it's difficult to navigate for some, Once you get the hang of it though, it's pretty easy.

5. So imo, the price can be worth it.I have been using this app on my phone in conjunction with the online version on my laptop in a web browser and I really like it tremendously.

9. The online version in a browser doesn't show when it's delivered as it only shows you when it's been sent.

1. Fix Sandboxx Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Sandboxx: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Sandboxx App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Sandboxx" » Open Sandboxx » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Sandboxx » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Sandboxx app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Sandboxx servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Sandboxx" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Sandboxx app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Sandboxx might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Sandboxx. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Sandboxx then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Sandboxx not working

2. Fix Sandboxx Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Sandboxx be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Sandboxx not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Sandboxx may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
