1. That being said, I think I'd pass over this service and simply check out a similar app.I'm using Android Pie and Mac 10.3.5. The AirDroid connection to the remote tablet lasts 20-45 minutes before it drops for no apparent reason.
2. Finally, and I suppose this is how it makes it discourage people using this version vs., upgrading to premium, it only allows for 200MB in data connections, and this being from your client; so if you open up your pictures or videos from your client, then you are going to go through that limit quickly.
3. However, it shouldn't make you have to upgrade to the Premium Paid Version after only sending a few files or items! You should make it compatible with Free-Users, for however long it takes! Just not any Large Files, without the software upgrade! Re: I will definitely give a 5 star rating if you guys improve or at least least Lengthen the Free Trial Period! This app used to be almost perfect.
4. It simply won't send SMS texts, which is partly due to bad connection in my basement, but at the same time I often CAN send with my phone)AirDroid is a pretty good way to broadcat and control your devices remotely.
5. I cannot get the Send button to enable on the PC after I type a message and enter a phone number.
6. I cannot send SMS messages when I'm on my PC using it on a cloudy day.
7. Disappointed.Good for Android TV boxes and some non-phone devices Installing it on your smartphone, which contains important information, is an act that exposes you to risk.
8. Takes longer to DL using airdroid then rooting around for a cable, plugging it into PC an d doing it htat way.
9. Update: I figured out the number must not contain any dashes or parentheses or the send button will not enable.
10. So in short, Airdroid WILL NOT work for sending ANY TYPE of SMS messages, which is the MAIN reason i use it.
11. And I tried using it to get pictures off my phone but it's miserably time consuming.
