1. Customer service helped me resolve an issue really quickly as well, I'm happy to pay the subscription price for a nice app that doesn't make annoying sounds or have questionable content! This app is perfect for young kids and kids with special needs.
2. (This app) I'm interested if there would be an update that would release a game called Sago mini capital city (Based off the city of Austin.), Avenue, Holiday apartment, And Theme park (Building game Similar to Town.) But overall its a great game.
3. Also, Can you update the app so that they are in the Trains game?Kids ages 3 & 5 love this! So many different games to choose from.
4. Love the open world/ free play aspect of it that allows them to explore just about everything displayed on the game screen.
5. My kid loves this engaging and creative app and its totally worth the $8/month (approx $0.25/day) for me.Bad. The free trial only lasts for a day, and even when you are in the trial, it still tells you "Subscribe for all 40 games!" But I was still in trial.
6. During a recent issue when the app wasn't working properly (which has only happened once in the year I've been subscribed), customer service responded promptly and got the issue resolved as quickly as possible.
7. Only problem I have, (every single month) is when the automatic payment goes through, it doesn't reflect on the account for a day or 2, so all her mini games are locked and I sometimes have to uninstall and reinstall a couple of times.
8. Keeps them entertained for hours and I enjoy helping them with it as well.A lot of the poor reviews on here are about the subscription price or the fact that the full app isn't free.
9. I'm uninstalling this game RIGHT NOW.😠We pay 20 bucks for a YEARLY subscription and it's so worth it.
10. Please fix that issue. The app itself is great, lots of cause-and-effect play, and I love the freeform nature of everything.
11. Subscription can be pricey but I got it when it was discounted and if you think of all the games you have access to, it really makes it worth it.
