1. I only have 30 seconds to enter a code, so it seems stupid to waste 2 seconds waiting for an animation (that conceals the code) to finish playing.Can't select or copy the numbers! Unusable from the same device if i have to go back and forth from the app to the website to manually type the numbers! So dumb! ... Follow-up review: Holy cow you are right! You know you might want to post those instructions in plain view where you can see that is how you do it.

7. It also seems to go though the list of installed apps on your device, and fails to work, when it detects another app installed on your phone that it does not like.

8. Typically it is because a backup has restored data for the app and you just need to start from scratch and re-import your token.

9. Clear Data and Clear Cache and you should be able to re-import the token.

10. Then I downloaded some other versions, cause I couldn't find it on Play Store, since the icon changed.

1. Restart RSA Authenticator (SecurID): Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the RSA Authenticator (SecurID) App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "RSA Authenticator (SecurID)" » Open RSA Authenticator (SecurID) » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for RSA Authenticator (SecurID) » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear RSA Authenticator (SecurID) app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from RSA Authenticator (SecurID) servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "RSA Authenticator (SecurID)" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check RSA Authenticator (SecurID) app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, RSA Authenticator (SecurID) might not work.
