Why should I report an Issue with TrulyThai - Dating App?

1. AppContacter will directly Email your issue/feedback to an apps's customer service once you report an issue and with lots of issues reported, companies will definitely listen to you.
2. Pulling issues faced by users like you is a good way to draw attention of Rometic to your problem using the strength of crowds.
3. Importantly, customers can learn from other customers in case the issue is a common problem that has been solved before.

1. I had a match today so I responded and then I was not able to answer back so then I contact the Trulythai customer service which is an outside contractor to answer and they tell me I never had a subscription I PAID for it the bank gonna handle it Awful!!Get contacted by woman through email and can only contact them by creating another subscription, they don't show up in search.

2. You can see the country where people are at but not location or city so not much help if you want someone close to you.This app's good for making new friends.

3. Also hate the fact that I can't just cancel my subscription without having to contact someone through the help chat and there is no one there to help.Not terribly useful.

5. It looks like you guys are doing fraud here .So I get the app and then you realize it's cluttered with bots and fake profiles with no other intention but to scam.

6. I paid for a full year subscription $129.00 US Dollars I don't login that much because it doesn't really materialize anything.

7. There is no easy way to remove your profile photos as well.Too many bugs, camera doesn't work to upload pictures.

1. Fix TrulyThai Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TrulyThai: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TrulyThai App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrulyThai" » Open TrulyThai - Dating App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrulyThai » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TrulyThai - Dating App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrulyThai servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrulyThai - Dating App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TrulyThai app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrulyThai might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TrulyThai. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrulyThai then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrulyThai not working

2. Fix TrulyThai Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrulyThai be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrulyThai not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrulyThai may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
