Why should I report an Issue with TrulyAfrican - Dating App?

But maybe I have to upgrade some time soon.The app sucks it's now three weeks that I have tried to login but I keep on seeing a poping mm message that says "time out connection please try again later " I have tried chatting thru their live chat but it's like the agent responding doesn't totally know what he is doing cause he couldn't help.

Overall, the app is okay, there were some issues with the loading speed but it was manageable.This app is very annoying so very stupid you can only send messages just ones after 9 minutes before you can now send again as if that wasn't enough they just wanted to keep people there and you can't exchange telephone numbers with friends you meet over there so what's the use of this app.. I can't even give or rate this app 2 stars evenI like that you can still chat and read messages even if you don't upgrade.

The app is slow it freezes it buffers it takes forever for anything to load up if it ever does load up it's impossible to navigate around they supposedly upgraded their app and it's even worse than before absolutely do not pay for the premium membership the people that run this dating site need to get somebody to straighten it out because they certainly don't know what they're doing.

4. 27/07/2017 Truly African updated version v4.3.0 keep crashing and stopping (Please, kindly fix this in the next update) , except that, it's a very good dating application.

5. When you're In a live chat with the support team they'll tell you to hold on then after you hold on for about 15 minutes the person will leave the chat and it will end without you getting your problem solved.

6. After setting up your match preferences they'll still be showing you wrong profiles that doesn't match your profile in anyway.The customer service is one of the worst I ever encountered.

7. Thumbs up to developers 👍After weeding through the young and obviously scammer profiles, I was able to meet some really cool people.

8. Other then that this issue app works fine.This app sucks now a days, full of Scammers and fake profiles.

1. Fix TrulyAfrican Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart TrulyAfrican: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the TrulyAfrican App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "TrulyAfrican" » Open TrulyAfrican - Dating App » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for TrulyAfrican » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear TrulyAfrican - Dating App app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from TrulyAfrican servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "TrulyAfrican - Dating App" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check TrulyAfrican app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, TrulyAfrican might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall TrulyAfrican. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall TrulyAfrican then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing TrulyAfrican not working

2. Fix TrulyAfrican Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrulyAfrican be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrulyAfrican not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrulyAfrican may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
