Unfortunately this has to be quite possibly the worst app I have ever download not only does it have the tendency to keep cutting of but also some of the functions do not work including video chat..may I also suggest that you are very weary of anyone who looks like they have made themselves at home here with bundles of photos including private photos as I have been scammed by one I've also noticed that sometimes the photos do not match the individuals so you may be disappointed..App crashes after you view like 2 profiles almost everytime.

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make TrulyAsian be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to TrulyAsian not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, TrulyAsian may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
