1. I don't think it could have been easier to setup my Roku using the app.Awesome! Definitely needs widgets so you can quickly turn on and off lights Edit: The app is okay but the fact that it went down for hours and I can't control my lights or cameras takes it from a good experience to an absolute nightmare! Unacceptable! I'm probably going to have to return all of the equipment and find a more reliable application/company.

3. After setup the Instructions aren't very detailed how to use each function but easy to figure out! I love that I can manually cut my lights or appliances off/on manually or set timer with my phone at home or away! AWESOME PRODUCT!They'll work good for the first few days and then video playback within the app is delayed like in frames unless u download the video.

5. Some times it doesn't help so I have to keep uninstalling the app and restarting my phone to get it to work just to have to do it all again in a few days! Terrible!!! Shame on you Roku! 1. Fix Roku Smart Home Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Roku Smart Home: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Roku Smart Home App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Roku Smart Home" » Open Roku Smart Home » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Roku Smart Home » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Roku Smart Home app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Roku Smart Home servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Roku Smart Home" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Roku Smart Home app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Roku Smart Home might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Roku Smart Home. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Roku Smart Home then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Roku Smart Home not working
