The Roku App (Official) Customer Insights

1. It started working again rand stayed working for a few weeks but But is no longer able to detectGreat, especially when I misplaced the remote! Makes searching go so much faster than using the remote arrows on the alphabet on the TV screen for inputting letters then when doing a few searches.

2. It has issues with random characters being entered when pasting copied text or selecting autotext (e.g. when the Android keyboard offers to complete your email address) and it sometimes begins repeating characters unexpectedly.

3. We have our 2 roku tvs in the same room, so now we struggle to use the actual remote without changing both tvs.As the last reviewer stated, everything was working fine until recently.

4. In the last few weeks or months randomly it will not be able to find devices that have always been native to it.

5. I will start a show then go back to app after it has been in the background and the app will try to connect to the device and it just never connects and I can't do anything while does I have to force close the app and reopen and reselect the device.

6. I have only been able to use the remote on this app ONCE after having this app on my phone for weeks.

7. Unless this is fixed, I would never recommend this appThe app's remote no longer works well with text entry from Android keyboards.

8. I would very much recommend.Like others I have had issues even being able to use the remote.

9. It used to work great! We'd be able to select which TV we wanted and use the remote perfectly fine.
