1. This is my first robot vacuum that will not go over a large area rug in my largest room.

2. It gets easily tangled up with cords, and super confused by floor to ceiling windows and mirrors, and gets stuck on 1/2 inch railings at bottom of furniture.Still find it finishing a map in a really unoptimized manner.

3. Maybe the "cut" line in the room maps and No-Go zones are a little quirky (if you don't realize you can zoom in with two fingers).

4. App is easy to use with a ton of options like: 2d/3d maps, remote, go-to option, suction and water flow settings and a ton of other tweaks and options.

5. That is no longer an option and I've now had to have the robot completely rebuild the house map 3 times! Building the map takes hours and requires me to babysit itI can't believe that this is the best they can do.

6. One feature it is missing is the ability to tell the robot which map to use.

7. The robot tends to have erroneously update where it is in the map causing the house layout to get screwed up.

8. I think it's rather intuitive for setting up room zones and custom vacuum speed/mop settings in each.

9. Also, if the robot sees through a window or a glass door it will add what it sees to the map even if it's inaccessible or outdoors and there's no way to remove these regions.

10. Unfortunately, drawing lines to separate rooms can be frustrating, as the app is very picky about where you can draw the lines and it can feel like trial and error trying to get it to work.

11. There isn't a straightforward way to tell the robot what level it's on.

1. Fix Roborock Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Roborock: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Roborock App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Roborock" » Open Roborock » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Roborock » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Roborock app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Roborock servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Roborock" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Roborock app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Roborock might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Roborock. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Roborock then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Roborock not working

2. Fix Roborock Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Roborock be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Roborock not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Roborock may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
