1. Very rarely connects even when I am standing next to the mower, it has less functionality than the previous version and the history only shows the the same 3 events from April 2018.

2. The main use for this app was the remote control/manual mowing feature, but despite advertising this feature on their website, Robomow have diabled v1 of the app, and retroactively removed the manual mowing completely.

3. What is worse is that the applicattion no longer allows manual mowing, ie I have to use my old mower in all cases when I need to do a little special work.

4. In any case, though, the mower itself has worked very well and reliably for several years, so that's great and I'm always very happy to have it!Connectivity to the mower is a bit random, so I would appreciate a "recconnect" pressbutton.

5. Manual mowing is removed, why ? Missing some essential features such as seeing the battery percentage and naming the starting points.

6. This option still exists and works well and available as a sub menu item under the 5 menu options.The app has major problems connecting - it works reliably only immediately after restarting my phone, so there are clearly bugs in the bluetooth initialisation.

7. This app was once MUCH worse, so this is better.app works well, but doesn't support all the features of robomow RS.

11. I would still give it 2.5 stars because it seems pretty reliable in the few features it supports.With app 2.3.2.1, the latest firmware (winter 2022/23), and a Fairphone 4, the app finally connects to my RC 304 Pro.

1. Restart Robomow App 2.0: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Robomow App 2.0 App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Robomow App 2.0" » Open Robomow App 2.0 » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Robomow App 2.0 » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Robomow App 2.0 app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Robomow App 2.0 servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Robomow App 2.0" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Robomow App 2.0 app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Robomow App 2.0 might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Robomow App 2.0. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Robomow App 2.0 then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Robomow App 2.0 not working

2. Fix Robomow App 2.0 Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Robomow App 2.0 be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Robomow App 2.0 not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Robomow App 2.0 may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
