Jazkallab khair for the effortExcellent 👌/ Of now app is not working n not opening , although uninstalled several times & retinstalled but not working ,deveoper must take sensitive and due cognizance of issues with the app.Now 1 star only .App is great tool with Prayer times, Crowd #s at Various Gates makes lives easier n live Khutbah broadcast.Dear Concern, When I open the apps in my Samsung galaxy note 9 it will automatically closed.

Also interesting apps to listening, reading and knowing about Islam and it history.This app isn't opening at all ...i downloaded it but while opening it, it doesn't go beyond first screen view at all.. kindly fix this issue asap-The language displayed is not consistent with the language selected.

3. Actually, I am trying my best to register myself for I'tikaf on this app and more than two months trying on other app Visitors, I entered all my information, and it showed I'tikaf services are suspended now and for long time says errors.

4. I don't know how I can get I'tikaf register myself for this year to sit for I'tikaf in Masjed al Nabawi please if someone can help me I'tikaf time is on the corner my flight is on April 4th from New York USA.

1. Fix Alharamain Not Working/Crashes/Errors/Unresponsive & Black/White screen:

1. Restart Alharamain: Restarting the app will resolve most errors.
2. Update the Alharamain App. Here is how:
   1. On Android goto PlayStore » Search for "Alharamain" » Open Alharamain » click "Update".
   2. On iPhone, goto AppStore » Your profile » Available Updates » Check for Alharamain » click "UPDATE".
3. Clear Alharamain app cache: Clearing cached data will force your app to retrieve the latest data directly from Alharamain servers.
   1. On Android, goto Settings » Apps » Select "Alharamain" » click Storage » click "Clear Cache".
4. Check Alharamain app permissions. If any of these permissions required to use your device's features are disenabled, Alharamain might not work.
5. Uninstall and reinstall Alharamain. If nothing else has worked, completely uninstall Alharamain then reinstall.
6. Restart your device. Last, restarting your device can often clear most problems causing Alharamain not working

2. Fix Alharamain Server issues & Internet Connection

1. Check network connection: An unstable Internet will make Alharamain be unable to connect to it's servers. Ensure your wi-fi is working then restart app.
2. Disable VPN: VPN can cause connection errors and lead to Alharamain not working. Make sure all VPNs are off
3. Enable background data: When Background data is turned off, Alharamain may not be able to connect to the Internet when running in the background.
